Brownie Trifle

*Note-This recipe does not even pretend to be healthy...but it IS to die for. :) I haven't made it myself yet, but we had it at Aaron's work party the other night, and I made sure Aaron hunted down the person who made it and begged them for the recipe. Turns out, it was the wife of Aaron's professor, so he didn't have to beg too hard. :)

Dr. Long's Wife's Brownie Trifle

2 (21 oz.) pkg. chewy fudge brownie mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 (8 oz.) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups fat-free milk
2 (3.3 oz.) pkg. instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 (12¼ oz.) jar caramel topping

1. Prepare each brownie mix according to package.  Bake in 13x9-inch
pan.  Cool; break into large pieces.
2. Beat cream cheese at medium with mixer until creamy; beat in
marshmallow cream.  Sir in 1 container of whipped topping; set
    aside.
3. Stir together milk and pudding mix, thicken.  Stir in rest of
whipped topping.  Crumble half of brownie pieces in an even layer
in bottom of pan.  Pour cream cheese mixture over brownies; then
pour caramel topping, and then pudding topping.  Crumble
remaining brownie pieces over top.  Cover and chill 2 hours.
