About a year ago, my friend Suzy and I decided to get together once a week to teach our oldest boys (who were two at the time) about the letters of the alphabet. We took turns every other week planning activities that revolved around each letter. A year later we'd gone all the way through the alphabet. I know while I was planning that I borrowed a lot of ideas from various people and places, so in order to "give back" so to speak, I want to share what we've done with anyone who is interested.
