When I was still pregant, two of my wonderful friends from high school, Tindy and Tami, planned to do a baby shower for me. Things got kind of crazy, and we weren't able to to it before Adelia was born. So instead they threw me an Anti-pink After Baby Shower.
Instead of games, they decided that we would make decorations for Adelia's room while we sat around and talked. They had some awesome things planned. We painted a shelf, made picture frames, made tiles that spell out Adi, made these cool pom things, and flower hair clips with a picture frame to hang them in. We did most everything in brown and green, which are the colors I chose for Adelia's room. And now that I have stuff to decorate with, the color scheme might actually become a reality, instead of a nice day dream.
And (as if the cute crafts weren't enough) they spoiled Adi and I rotten with gifts. She got lots of cute clothes, cute diapers (did you know they make polka dot diapers? I didn't. CUTE!), toys, accessories, more headbands and bows then I even know what to do with, and more. And all, even the binkies, without a shred of pink anywhere. My friends love me. :) I'm a pretty lucky girl. When I get Adelia's room all done I'll post more pictures.

So, I was debating on sending you that dumb pic of me at the end because I KNEW YOU WOULD POST IT! But I still love you! Hehe!
I really love the letters and pompom things... so crafty! I like after-baby-is-born showers because then I get to see the baby!
