Today he came and found me in the middle of quiet time with a box on his head. "Um, Mom? I just wanted to show you that I looked like a robot man. I think I could wear this outside to get the mail, and it would keep the snow off my head. Can I?" So I let him. Robot head. :)
Linc likes to vacuum, and takes the opportunity whenever I let him. But he insists on wearing Aaron's sound proof yard work earphones, so he doesn't hurt his ears while he vacuums.
