It's been a while since we posted about the progress of our "planter box garden" so here is an update. It's still alive. And now, not only does it have plants in it, but some of the plants are beginning to bare fruit! All three of our bean plants have little
beans growing on them, so we might actually grow enough to have with dinner one night. Also one of our tomato plants has one little tomato growing on it. We are pretty excited about this.
Unfortunately, we can't report as good of progress for all the other plants. The cucumbers, there are three of them, have grown but don't have any fruit on them. I haven't even seen any flowers on them, so who knows what will happen there. As for our carrots and onions, well, we only started out with eight of each, and are now down to five carrots, and four onions. We can't really tell if they are growing or not since they grow underground, so only time will tell.
