Before the picnic we had to do the ceremonial group photo. I love these. And I thought this year's turned out really good. We're getting to be a big group.
And while the camera was out, we thought it would be convenient to take individual family shots too. Such good looking families, all of them. :)
Jordan, Carter, Lisa, Jared, Aneya, and Spencer
Rob, Stacey, Samuel, and Claire; the three older kids are not in the picture.
Ryan and Melissa
Kelly, Esther, and Asher
Jake, Eliza, Zac, Sydni, and Luke
Then lunch began! We had really yummy grilled chicken, and sides to go with. It started to rain on and off, so we mostly ate inside. But the kids ventured in and out to play. I know my kids were in cousin heaven. They couldn't get enough. I'm glad they are so excited about being with extended family.
We were also celebrating Samuel and Claire's first birthday, and Lisa's birthday, so for dessert we had cake.
Some families headed home today, and some are heading out tomorrow. We are going to miss everyone!! It's crazy, and loud, and big when this group gets together, but we all like each other so much we can hardly help it. :)
Now the question is, Thanksgiving in Springville or St. George?
In other news, today was mine and Aaron's seven year anniversary! Yay us! Aaron brought me home these beautiful lilies, but otherwise we are going to hold off celebrating until Friday.
