Adelia Turns Four!

I can't believe this chick is four years old. Our house would be no fun without her in it. She adds the spontaneity and sparkle, as well as a healthy bit of goofiness and sass. I just love her.

Yesterday we went to Seven-Peaks Water Park to celebrate. I did not take my camera with me, but we all had a good time. Except for maybe Ollie, who doesn't love the water very much yet.

Today Adelia woke up talking excitedly about the scripture pencils she was going to get in Primary after everyone sang happy birthday to her. I seriously think her scripture pencils were one of the most exciting things for her, she talked and talked and talked about them.

Adelia picked a Rapunzel cake, which (thanks to Pinterest) turned out to be pretty easy.

She also picked to have spaghetti and french bread and salad for dinner. (The same birthday dinner she's picked for about four years in a row now.) Grandma and Grandpa Swan came over to help us celebrate.

For her birthday, Adelia got two dress-up dresses, and a book called Math Fairy Tales from her brothers. A plasma car from Mom and Dad. A crown and some Polly Pocket Princesses from Grandma and Grandpa Swan. And some Do-A-Dots, a coloring book, and some Playdough from Gramma Tam and Papa Kerry. She was pretty much in heaven.

Happy Birthday Delia Girl, we love you to pieces!
