I can't believe we've already done a whole month of preschool. I am loving every minute of it. Now that it's November our main theme is Thanksgiving. Today was Cherryl's turn to teach and her sub-theme was craft. I think she and I were on the same wave-length this week, because the craft she chose to do was very similar to the FHE activity we did as a family on Monday. She had the kids make turkeys and gave them enough feathers that they could write one thing they were thankful for on each feather every day until Thanksgiving. Even though we have the turkey we're doing as a family, my boys were thrilled to have a turkey of their very own. And if that means coming up with even more things that we're thankful for during this month, then I am also thrilled. :) The turkey's turned out beautifully, even though Lincoln drew some kind of creepy eyes on his.
