After church and Lincoln's nap, we decided to take a nice little Sunday drive. We went up Provo

canyon and then took the road up to Squaw Peak. It overlooks all of Provo and Orem. It's really beautiful. I've been wanting to go up there for awhile to see all the leaves changing colors. Most of them were already changed, but there were still lots of pretty colors to see, not to mention the incredible view. We got up to the top and parked the car and then decided to hike for a

little bit on the trail that lead up the ridge. I haven't been hiking in a long time, and I have to say my poor little pregnant, out-of-shape self didn't make it very far. But we did find a nice flat spot to sit down and look out over the valley. Aaron taught Lincoln how to throw rocks over the edge, which Lincoln (of course) thoroughly enjoyed. Linc also like picking up the rocks, leaves,
sticks, etc. that he found along the trail. When the trail was too steep for Lincoln to walk on, Aaron carried him on his shoulders and handed him various thing (leaves, rocks, etc.) to hold so he wouldn't feel left out. It was a beautiful day and we all really enjoyed our little trip up to the top of Squaw Peak.
