This week Aaron's sister Sydni and her son Zac came to stay with us for a few days while Sydni's husband Jake went to his friend's wedding in California. We all had such a great time together. Zac is just a little bit older than Lincoln so they are pretty much guaranteed to be best friends forever :) at least if Sydni and I have anything to do with it. They played really well together most of the

time. Syd and I had a great time hanging out while Aaron was off at school. We took the boys to the park, went to visit relatives, went shopping, went out to lunch with our cousin Whitney, had family over for dinner, and tried and tried and tried to get Lincoln and Zac to hold still for one frame-worthy picture together. I think the best one we took was the one of them in the bathtub. It's my favorite. Don't worry, we did get to hang out with Aaron too, when he came home in the night time. In fact, we all stayed up way too late every night talking. But I guess that's what you do when family is around.

On Saturday Aaron and I took Lincoln and Zac with us to Hooper, while Syd picked up Jake from the airport. Jake and Sydni met us in Hooper. All the boys went to Priesthood Session together (they looked so sharp all dressed up!), and my mom, Sydni, Zac, Lincoln, and I braved the crowd at Deseret Book (DB was having girls night during the priesthood session. Free food, drawings, and all that). Not something I would recommend to anyone. There were just way too many women there, you couldn't even move. I did win a prize in the drawing though so it wasn't all bad.
Sydni and Jake and

Zac left after priesthood to drive back home to Rexburg. I really enjoyed having Syd there. It was so nice for Lincoln to have Zac to play with, and even better for me to have someone to talk to all day long. We can't wait until they come again to play with us on Halloween. I think I have the best sister-in-laws in the whole world. We get along so well together, sometimes I forget that it's Aaron who is related to them and not me. Lisa, Stacey, Sydni...I love you guys!

We stayed the night in Hooper with my family and all watched conference together on Sunday. I think everyone was there except for Kyle (he's excused though because he's on his mission). My mom made a huge turkey dinner with all sorts of delicious side dishes and brownies and ice cream for dessert. It was fun to see everyone and catch up with them. Thanks Mom and Kerry for letting us stay and for feeding us such yummy food. It's always a pleasure to come up and stay with you guys. After Conference and dinner the whole

crew went up to visit Granny Jan (my mom's mom) at the rehab center. She was in the hospital for awhile, but now she's doing better and they have her in a rehab place up in South Ogden. It was good to see her too. We haven't since we got back from Texas. Love you Gran!

uAwe I love you too Krystal!!! We had so much fun with you and Linc, and when Aaron was home, we had fun with him too. I'm always telling Jake how I'm so lucky to have another amazing sister in our family! (that's you) I'm already looking forward to coming down to Utah again!
